Special Issue: “Non-Western Diplomacies”
Call for Papers

Dear Scientists, Researchers, and Experts,

We are excited to invite you to submit your original research, analyses, and articles for the special issue of the journal on the theme of “Non-Western Diplomacies,” which is planned to be published on April 1, 2025.

This special issue aims to explore the diplomatic approaches and practices from different parts of the world, moving beyond the traditional Western-centric view of diplomacy. We are particularly interested in the following topics, but welcome other related subjects as well:
• Diplomatic approaches and practices in Asia, Africa, and Latin America
• Diplomatic traditions of non-Western states
• Non-Western cultural diplomacy and soft power
• Diplomacy of regional powers and emerging economies outside the West
• Historical perspectives on non-Western diplomacy
• Roles of non-Western countries in conflict resolution and mediation
• Traditional and innovative non-Western diplomatic practices

We expect the articles to be sent to our Special Issue, which will be edited by Haşim Koç, we are looking for articles that are original, innovative, and contribute significantly to the field. Here are the important dates and details for the article submission process:
Deadline for Article Submission: March 1, 2025
Planned Publication Date: April 1, 2025
